AerosPearls

AerosPearls is an advanced, high-performance Ender Pearl overhaul plugin for Spigot and Paper Minecraft servers. Designed specifically for competitive PvP environments (HCF, Factions, Practice, Survival), it replaces unreliable vanilla pearl mechanics with deterministic physics, mathematical raytracing anti-glitch validation, real-time trajectory visualization, MMO custom pearls, and lag compensation.

What AerosPearls is

  • Comprehensive Physics Engine: Complete control over pearl flight velocity and vertical gravity multipliers to achieve fast-paced, responsive combat.
  • Mathematical Anti-Glitch (RayTracing): Full Axis-Aligned Bounding Box (AABB) destination verification that stops players from clipping through fences, slabs, glass, and doors.
  • Client-Free Trajectory Prediction: Real-time particle arc rendered while holding a pearl, showing the exact landing spot without requiring client modifications.
  • MMO-Style Custom Pearls: Built-in special pearl types such as the Swapper Pearl (swaps position with targets) and the Ghost Pearl (silent, particle-free flight).
  • Rank Cosmetics & Monetization: Permission-based particle trails and teleport sound effects designed for server store integration.
  • Lag Compensation: Automatic TPS monitoring that safely refunds pearls if server tick rate drops during critical combat engagements.
  • Cross-Version Architecture: Native Java 8 compilation compatible with Spigot and Paper from 1.8.8 all the way up to 1.20+.

What AerosPearls is not

  • Not an intrusive client mod: all features, including the trajectory visualizer, run 100% server-side via vanilla packets and effects.
  • Not a bloated combat overhaul: focused strictly on perfecting ender pearl behaviour, physics, and gameplay mechanics.

Supported Versions & Environments

  • Minecraft Versions: 1.8.8 – 1.20+ (Paper, Purpur, Spigot).
  • Java: Java 8 and newer.
  • Integrations: WorldGuard (v6 and v7 reflection-supported), Vault, Permissions plugins (LuckPerms).
