Installation

Installing AerosPearls takes less than two minutes and requires no complex dependencies.

Requirements

  • Server Software: Spigot, Paper, or Purpur (1.8.8 up to 1.20+ supported).
  • Java: Java 8 or higher.
  • Optional Dependencies:
    • WorldGuard: (v6 for 1.8.8–1.12, v7 for 1.13+) for region protection hooks.
    • LuckPerms / PermissionsEx: for rank-based cosmetic trails and sound permissions.

Installation Steps

  1. Download the latest AerosPearls-2.0.jar from your BuiltByBit or Aeros client panel.
  2. Place the .jar file into your server's plugins/ directory.
  3. Start or restart your server to allow the plugin to generate default configuration files:
    • plugins/AerosPearls/config.yml
    • plugins/AerosPearls/messages.yml
  4. Open plugins/AerosPearls/config.yml and paste your license key into the license.key field:

  1. Run /aerospearls reload in-game or from the console to verify that the license activates and configurations reload.
